Where do you ship the products from?

All domestic orders are fulfilled from our warehouses and manufacturers within US. International orders are fulfilled either from US or our international partners.

Why are some products shipped with Standard Shipping only?
There are lots of factors affecting our product processing times, including product demand, warehouse location, product availability etc. Products marked with 'Standard Shipping' are therefore, having longer processing times. Once processed, they will be shipped with regular USPS or UPS post.

Do you sell internationally?
Yes, we do. Currently we sell and ship to United States, Canada, Mexico, Australia, Europe, New Zealand and India

How long does it take for the items to reach us after ordering?

Each product page has the shipping information. If the order is shipped from our Memphis location, it will be delivered within 3-5 business for US Domestic orders and 8-20 days days for International orders depending on the country and the carrier option. If your order contains items shipped from our manufacturer or a different warehouse location, it might take longer for the order to deliver. Please refer to the individual product pages for specific information on shipping timelines. Every order has a processing time, as dictated by individual product pages. All products shipping out of our memphis location have a processing time of 1-2 business days. Products shipping from other locations might have longer processing times, sometimes as long as 5-7 business days.

All our print-on-demand items are shipped out within 5-6 days after ordering and delivered in 3-5 business days within US and 8-14 days to international destinations

International customers are responsible for any custom fees that may incur

Is Shipping Free?
US Shipping is free on all orders. International customers get free shipping for orders over $200 and pay their customs fee. For orders below $100 within US and below $200 for international purchases, we charge what the mail service charges plus handling fee. The charges are displayed at checkout.
