Returns

We follow a 14-day return policy during which a customer may return an "eligible " item NOT ON SALE and that is undamaged, unworn, with original packaging and unused with tags still attached. 14 days is from when the item is received by the customer. Baby Shower and Photoshoot Dresses are not eligible for returns. We will, however, exchange them for free if sizing is an issue

We do Store Credits on all returns, meaning we will provide a store credit equal to your purchase amount which you can use to buy an alternative item. We will provide full store credit on the item as long as the return requests are done within the 14-day period and returned item is received by us within 12 days of making the return request. Shipping costs, if any, will not be refunded.

Returns will not be accepted if:

- Item is on sale
- Item is a Baby Shower or Photoshoot Dress/Top
- Item is a print-on-demand item
- Item has already been exchanged before
- Returns are received in damaged/worn condition
- There is perfume/scent on the returned item
- There is any kind of stain on the returned item
- Returns are received without tags attached to the item
- Returns requested after 14 days of the date of shipment delivery date
- Returns requested within 14 days, but not returned item not received within 12 days of the request to return.
- We suspect you’re abusing the return policy (for example by returning products on multiple occasions or on a seasonal basis or immediately after a baby shower, party or photoshoot)

We will provide a full refund including return shipping for any damaged or defective items as long as the claims are placed within the agreed upon 5 days of the item being received. If the item is damaged/defective, we ask that the customer sends us a picture as proof of defect within 5 days of receiving the item.

Customer pays the return shipping for both US and International Returns except when the items are defective/damaged. Claims for damaged/defective items must be placed within 5 days of receiving the item

Exchanges:

We will do up to 2 exchanges and the shipping for 2nd exchange is customer's responsibility. We will provide a shipping label for the first time a customer is requesting an exchange

We recommend returning your item back to us, then using your store credit to place a new order. However if you are in hurry and don't want to wait for your store credit, simply purchase the new item and include this order number when you return the first item. Once received, we’ll refund the amount in full via the payment method used. We will refund up to 2 items purchased with a intent to exchange a previous order. More than 2 purchases with an intent to exchange will be processed as a store credit. You can return the product to us as soon as possible and we will email you a store credit with which you can use to purchase a different size, if it's still in stock, or you can purchase a different item of your choosing.

Please note: We need about 5-7 business days to process your return once the item is received by us

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Store Credit Discount (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

If you are approved, then a store discount code will be emailed. You can use this store discount code for future purchases with our store.

We are not responsible for missing mails, lost or stolen packages. If you are having trouble tracking your package with the tracking number we provide, please 
contact USPS. We don't refund for items lost by the carrier


Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items are eligible for returns, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item received is defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
